How do I retrieve my Avon account? ›

Your Avon Account Number is your key to accessing your account. If you've misplaced it, don't panic! You will have received a Welcome Email from Avon confirming it when you joined. You can also contact your Sales Leader, who will be able to find it for you.

Login to your account with your Avon account ID & Password. Go to My Account. Scroll down to Credit Information.

If you have been inactive for a while (missed three campaigns) you may have to reactivate your account. This simply means that you log into your account and place an order. If you can't remember you Password you can reset it by clicking the "Forgotten your Password" link and following the instructions.

If you've forgotten your password after you've signed into Avon.com for the first time, go to Avon.com and enter your email address (all lowercase) on the sign-in page, then select the “Forgot Your Password” link.
